I want to get hold of a cheap(ish) copy of the above book
ISBN 0312714068 – it's proving ridiculously difficult (it's kind of a Fly Fishing by JR Hartley scenario..) can anyone help…. ?????

I sympathize. I have one, but it's not for sale. Excellent book.
You might check Amazon for used copies.

http://www.alibris.co.uk has three copies for under a fiver at the moment.
You'll actually find quite a few just by Googling the ISBN.
